Send this video on to help a monkey, and perhaps a bear too
Whether it’s a bear in the woods or a monkey in the rain forest, seeing an animal on it’s own, doing it’s thing is one of the greatest treasures I’ve ever experienced. We’re treading heavy on all our lands. Costa Rica battles development right along with the rest of the world. Our “all natural” status is often threatened, and we can leave such destruction behind. Does anyone still doubt that our existence is not connecting to all living things?
Plant a tree; hug a bear, befriend a beetle; watch this video and send it on so at least for a moment, we’re sending these beautiful creatures our thoughts and perhaps a little luck that they’ll still be here to hang around with our grandchildren.

I think the monkeys are what moved us most about CR. I just loved looking at their faces and watching them.

I could watch them forever.

this is a simply lovely video…I too just think the way our world & the civilization is moving whether our tomorrow can really experience these beautiful creatures & endangered things of this world today or they will only read them in history books…I just wish the world should stand up & make a little concerted effort for our future generations tomorrow.

Did the monkeys ever throw poop at you? I read somewhere that their aim rocks.

No throwing, though we’ve witnessed a few droppings in very close range. Be careful for they do sometimes pee on you if you’re near. It’s a marking thing. I’ve had a few almonds land close to my head and not sure if the monkeys are whipping them at me or the seeds are just falling. But either way, those things can hurt!
